New week New day

 Hi Everyone, 

Sorry, I haven't blogged in a while it's been a busy couple of days I have been out and about trying to sort out a few things.

Today has been a bit more relaxing. I still did my morning routine and felt good after. I have been eating a lot of rubbish lately and I feel like I need need to change this. Normally I would have something unhealthy for lunch but as I am getting back to being healthy I decided to have boiled egg with Avocado on Toast I did have a cheese string on the side, but it was a nice light lunch. 

After lunch, I had a nap as I was super tired from yesterday, I had gone to Ikea, Nandos, Tesco, and Dunelm with my friend, it was a nice day out with a lot of catching up.

Tomorrow plans to clean my room, take the bin out, and workout, and go for a nice long walk. Everyday is a new day. :)

Day 3 - Nearly the weekend

Hi Everyone, 

Today, I got up in the morning went for a shower I had to wash my hair which took me a while after this, I went downstairs to do my normal morning routine. Once I had my breakfast I came upstairs and started my dusting my room and taking my bin out, I normally hoover on Friday's which I will be doing tomorrow and weirdly I am so excited to hoover my room as my carpet looks very dirty. 

I wanted to go for a walk and had done was 2.20km at home but, my body had a bit of pain from my dance class yesterday I decided not to go but then something in my head pushed me to go and that was the best decision I made as I felt really good after the walk and  I felt proud of the small achievement. Lesson learned always push yourself to do more and you can do it. 

After, my walk I went for a shower again and took my duvets out this was much needed as I haven't had a chance to wash these in a while. In the meantime I had my lunch which was pizza, everyone loves pizza, right? 

After lunch, I had a really bad Migraine and ended up going to sleep for a while. I feel a lot better now but I think I do need an early night considering I will be busy again for the next few days. Once I got up I went downstairs to make some dinner which was stir fry another easy healthy dish, it was also filling.

Day 2

 Hi Everyone, 

Today's been another busy day, I got up this morning and did my workout and my normal morning routine.  I made an Apple and Pineapple bake and it was delicious, I have posted a video of the process below. I had an amazing time making this and it helped the day go quickly. 

After making this dessert, which was quick and easy, I had to clean up the mess which took a long time. I went for a shower and got ready for my dance class, going back to the studio is exciting as I get to also see people and interact with them.

Day 1 of blogging whilst on furlough

Hi Everyone, 


I wanted to share this platform to speak about life and experiences and what I have learned from this. I hope this will help other people in the same situation.

Today was a bit of a busy day I got up at 5.45am because I could not sleep, was in bed till 7am replying to messages and going on my social media (which I am trying to cut down more and more), I then got up made my bed and went for a shower, after I had a shower and washed my hair I went downstairs and did my new normal routine which was to empty the dishwasher, then do my workouts and have mt breakfast which is very small but healthy. I prefer an early workout before breakfast as it helps me get ready for the day. I also make sure I drink 100oz of water by the time I finish my workout and before my breakfast I have soya milk and turmeric as this is healthy and good for your skin. Once, I finish the downstairs, I come back into my room and relax for a bit normally being on youtube, I then decided to have an early walk, this is normally nice as I get my own space but start with a 2.20km walk in my room before heading out to finish my walk and today was no different. It was a nice walk the weather was nice and breezy and I had my headphones in with my music being in a different world as I walked through the lovely streets near me. I came back home and went for a shower this was nice and refreshing. There were a couple of clothes and objects in my room that I had to sort out. A Few weeks ago I did some cleaned and bought boxes for my room which to be more organised. I went downstairs to have lunch as I am on furlough and at home, it's a real treat to cook my food instead of having something quick and cold. I put into the oven some Leon fries, Vegan Sausages, and mozzarella dippers had my lunch whilst watching some TV, and then I came back upstairs to start sorting out some documents. I am starting a candle business so I had a conversation with a supplier. After this, I decided to make sweet potato mash which turned out amazing came back upstairs and had a nap as I had a migraine I woke up and decided I wanted to make fritters out of my sweet potato mash. 

There have been a few ups to my day and a few downs but I am not going to let the negatives stop me from being positive and enjoy my life, everything happens for a reason and tomorrow is a new day a fun day actually as I start my dance again in the studio with of course the government rules.
